ABOUT
The stylish, contemporary Villa Casablanca is located a very short walk from the idylic Tamariu beach. Nearby are seafood restaurants , bars, two supermarkets (in the summer,) and easy access to stunning coastal or woodland walks.
The house boasts 3 terraces, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a work space, open plan living and kitchen area - all with high spec finishing and an abundance of natural light. Ideal for families to reunite or a trip away with friends.

OUR VILLA
The space
As you enter the house, there is a large living area which leads on to the open plan kitchen and island. There are floor to ceiling glass windows that have stunning views over Tamariu and a terrace to take in the rays, have an afternoon barbecue or relax while you watch the sun set behind the tree-covered hills. The windows have blinds to keep the spaces cool all day. Air conditioning is available when needed.
Heading down the stairs, you reach a work space (with extra fast wifi throughout the house) and the bedrooms and bathrooms. The floor has four bedrooms, two with en suites, one family bathroom and a further WC.
Bedroom 2 can be 2 singles or a double
Guest access
The entire house is for your use except a few closed cupboards and the garage. You are provided with parking permits for your stay allowing you to park on the street free of charge.

The house is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for those with limited mobility
Wi-Fi is very fast. 600 megs download and 500 upload.
The house is a 3 minute walk from the beach
There are two small supermarkets in Tamariu and restaurants by the beach

Modern kitchen with outstanding facilities including a 5 burner gas hob with twin electric ovens, a large American style fridge with separate drinks cabinet and freezer. Nespresso coffee maker with milk frother.

A large patio area, with dining and seating area, including a BBQ . Lower terrace with sun loungers.
Beach
A short 3 minute walk to the stunning Tamariu Beach, where one can find multiple restaurants, cafes and shops.

All sheets and towels included and washer and dryer facilities as well.
Parking
Two permits provided for on street parking outside the property. In high season, the owners private garage, which is attached to the property, can be provided.

Enjoy Begur market on Wednesdays from 09:00 to 13:00 and also Palafrugell on Sunday mornings.

Boat, kayak, and paddel board rentals available on the beach. Cycling hire, hiking and childrens play parks all within a 15 minute drive.
Golf
World Class golf courses, PGA Catalonia, Empordá and Camiral within a hour's drive.
Cities
Barcelona is 1hr20m by car and Girona is 45m.
